We prioritize product quality, ensuring every sex doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon receiving your doll, please carefully inspect the package to ensure it is in good condition. While instances of damage are rare, if you notice any damage upon delivery while the package is being handed over by the courier, we recommend that you immediately inspect the package. If you observe any visible damage to the packaging, please take photos or record a video, and refuse to accept the package from the courier. In such cases, we will issue you a full refund and handle all matters with the courier company.

Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order before shipping without giving any reason.

To cancel, please inform our customer service representative Emmy at service@sexdollssale.com with a clear statement of your intent to cancel.

Due to our fast shipping processes, orders are transferred to our warehouse team within 12 hours of receipt. Once the package has been shipped (i.e., once we provide a tracking number), the order cannot be cancelled.

Product Return
If your product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 48 hours for a full refund.

The refund period will expire 72 hours after customers, or a third party indicated by the customer, receives physical possession of the product.

To return a product, it must be in its original conditionโ€”unopened, unused, and with the original packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are defective or damaged upon unpacking.

Please note that dissatisfaction after use or change of mind does not qualify for a return or refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers must bear the direct cost of returning the item. Refunds may be withheld until the returned product is received.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery if you receive a defective or incorrect item. After 72 hours, we will not replace or refund defective/incorrect items.

Order and Product Refunds

  1. If the order is cancelled before shipment, we will refund the full amount without undue delay.
  2. Refunds for returned products will be issued after inspection, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order amount.
